You must have previously added Recovery Information to your account in order to regain access via the self-service method detailed in this document.
If you’ve forgotten your Google Magic Memories password, or are otherwise unable to access your account, you can likely gain access again without the need to raise a support ticket. Google has provided self-service options which you can follow below.
Forgotten Password
How to regain access to your Google account if you’ve forgotten your password:

Go to Google Account Recovery. From the open window, select Forgot password?

Depending on your account Recovery Information, you will be asked to provide a verification code from either your recovery phone number, or your recovery email address. If you don’t have access to one, try selecting Try another way to switch between your two recovery methods.
Choose Try another way if you don’t have access to your Recovery email or phone number.If you’ve forgotten all recovery information, or have not set up recovery information, please request technical support.
User with no recovery details, or who doesn’t have access to either recovery method will see this message. Google administrators cannot reset their own password.
Enter the code sent by Google to either your phone number or email address.
NEVER GIVE VERIFICATION CODES TO ANYONE. This includes Magic Memories staff.

Genuine Google Verification text In the US, verification codes are sent by Google from the number 22000. These numbers are known as short codes. Your phone plan must be able to receive short codes in order for this recovery method to work for you. International phone numbers will likely receive codes from a different number. |
Genuine Google Verification email As of writing, Google sends Verification codes from the email address noreply@google.com. Always check the sender address of emails claiming to be from Google. |

Account Recovery Process
How to regain access to your Google account if you are otherwise locked out:

Go to Google Account Recovery, or myaccount.google.com

enter your Magic Memories email address and click Next

Choose Try another way
Depending on your account Recovery Information, you will be prompted for your recovery phone number, or your recovery email address. Enter whichever recovery information you remember. If you’ve forgotten all recovery information, please request technical support.
