How to Print using the DNP Hot Folder

Here is how sites use the DNP Hot Folder once installed.

Application

1. Double click the Hot Folder icon which should be located on the desktop

2. The Hot Folder Print will open. This app will display DS40 printers available and if any consumables need replacing, as well as which printer is being used. Make sure the app is always running while printing photos.

Printing

1. Select the source you want to print from on mPower

2. Search photos you want to print

3. Press print

4. Select Bullzip PDF printer

5. Select blank template used on your site

6. Press OK

Troubleshooting

• Is the Hot Folder app open and running?

• Are the printers showing up in the DNP program window with no errors? (Including ribbon and paper error messages.)

• Have you tried restarting the PC and re-opening the Hot Folder app?
