Setting Up Your NinjaOne Account

NinjaOne will become our sole remote access provider for all machines across Magic Memories as of 27th July 2026. For more context on why we are making this transition and what it means for the company, please review Transitioning from ScreenConnect to NinjaOne for Remote Access documentation.

⚠️ Heads Up

You will not be able to sign up for or log into NinjaOne until you have been invited by The Technical Operations Team. Access is being audited as we transition. If you need access, please raise a ticket with a list of the sites (site codes) you require.

Accept Your Email Invitation

Once a member of the Technical Operations team configures your access, you will receive an automated invitation email. The email will come from rmmservice.com. Open the email and click the Accept Invitation button. You will be automatically redirected to the NinjaOne portal to initialize your account.
If the link in the email does not work, please look for NinjaOne in the Google Workspace app drawer instead.

Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To protect our systems, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all NinjaOne users. When prompted to set up MFA, choose Authenticator App.

Depending on your role with Magic Memories, follow the specific MFA tool requirements below:

🔴  Magic Memories cannot assist in recovering lost MFA codes if you use applications outside of 1Password (for Corporate) or Google Authenticator (for Partners). Please ensure your MFA code is backed up securely.

Verify Your MFA Configuration

To ensure your MFA security key was saved correctly, NinjaOne requires a quick verification check:

1. Look at your chosen authenticator application (1Password or Google Authenticator).

2. Enter two consecutive 6-digit authentication codes as prompted on the screen.

3. Once both codes are entered successfully, click Log in.

Authentication

The best password is the one you don't have to remember! NinjaOne is integrated directly with our Google accounts. Now that your account is fully initialized, logging in down the road will be a breeze. Every time you log into NinjaOne, you only need two things:

• Google account: your active Magic Memories-issued Google account.

• MFA code: from an approved authenticator app.

How to Log in

Once your account is properly configured, and you've saved your MFA code, your daily login will be as simple as:

1. Open the Google Workspace app drawer

   • the 9 dots arranged into a square on many Google pages near your account profile icon.

   • 

2. Scroll down until you see NinjaOne. Select it.
3. You may have to enter your MFA code for NinjaOne, if prompted, enter it.

Only if Google Workspace app drawer is not accessible to you for some reason, or if you are an external client, log into NinjaOne the following way:

1. Going to https://eu.ninjarmm.com/auth/#/login

2. Entering your @magicmemories.com email address.

   • Your Magic Memories Google account serves as both your username and password.

   • NinjaOne will automatically detect your email as Single Sign On (SSO).

   • 

3. Authenticate with Google

4. Enter your MFA code

5. Access Magic Memories machines as necessary
