Identify if this is your issue
There is an issue that exists within Magic Memories Operating System (MMOS) panel where users receive an error message about being unable to log in, despite having logged in before.
While the error message may vary, here are some of the most common:
- Your account is not assigned any permission yet
- You are logged in, but are taken to a blank page,
- Receive a 503 Service Unavailable error.
If this is the case, this may be a known issue; a ticket has been raised with our developers to fix. Until that fix is applied, please do the following to resolve the issue yourself immediately.
Note that if you have never logged into MMOS Panel before, it is possible that the message about your permissions not being assigned yet could be legitimate.
Use Incognito
- In Chrome, at the top right of the browser, click on the three vertical dots.
- Choose New Incognito Window.
Once you have launched Incognito, go to the MMOS Panel, and log in using your Google account.
If using Incognito does not resolve the issue, you should not clear your cookies, and should instead open a ticket for TechOps to further investigate for you.
If using Incognito resolves the issue, that means the issue is caused by cookies. To fully resolve the issue you should then proceed to clear your cookies.
Clear Chrome Cookies
- In Chrome, at the top right of the browser, click on the three vertical dots.
- Go to History and then History again
- On the left, choose 'Delete Browsing Data'.
- For the time specified, choose 'All time'.
- Choose Delete data.
Go back to the MMOS Panel, and log in using your Google account to confirm the issue is resolved.
Please note that deleting all of your history will log you out of everywhere and you will need to log back in. This is why we advise testing in Incognito first, so you aren't deleting your history unnecessarily.
